1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 69ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through 69ph.one (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players and visitors.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 69ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 69ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 69ph platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the 69ph platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 69ph. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 69ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 69ph will never ask for your password.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify 69ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 69ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• KYC Verification: 69ph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 69ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 69ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform's banking section and may vary by payment method.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 69ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 69ph is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5Bonuses and Promotions

69ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in each promotion's specific terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• 69ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6Gaming Rules

All games available on the 69ph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gaming terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 69ph will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed, the wager will be returned to the player's account.
• 69ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or manipulation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. 69ph is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or promotions. These limits will be clearly stated in the relevant game or promotion terms.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 69ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 69ph platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment method use, or identity theft.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be forfeited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 69ph platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 69ph staff or other players.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 69ph platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of 69ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 69ph platform without prior written consent from 69ph.

9Privacy and Data Protection

69ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 69ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

69ph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 69ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

69ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for platform operation and legal compliance.

10Responsible Gaming

69ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 69ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 69ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

69ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

69ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting 69ph support. 69ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• A player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 69ph to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, 69ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements, unless the funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 69ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 69ph's customer support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. 69ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

14Amendments to These Terms

69ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 69ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 69ph.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
